Carolyn Brouillard, Managing Partner

Carolyn specializes in industry evolution and technology transition. For over 15 years, Carolyn guided electric utilities through disruptive trends and shifting stakeholder objectives to develop sustainable business models. Her strong business acumen, regulatory strategy experience, and study of consciousness and the phenomena provide a holistic perspective crucial for addressing the multifaceted implications of potential contact. Carolyn holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management with a focus on Strategic Management, complementing undergraduate degrees in Environmental Studies and English from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Tom brings over four decades of executive experience to navigating paradigm shifts. With an MBA from Wharton and experience as a U.S. Naval officer, Tom's roles include being a Fellow at the McKinsey Change Center and 13 years as SVP of Corporate Planning at Marriott International, where he spearheaded exponential growth and innovative concepts. Founder of Hawthorne Consultants, his work involved top team alignment and transformation of organizational cultures in diverse industries. Tom's unique blend of conventional business leadership and cutting-edge societal change makes him invaluable in preparing organizations for unprecedented scenarios. He co-produces the website, What's Up with UFOs, to provide a comprehensive overview of the UFO phenomena.

Sabina brings a combination of global leadership expertise, academic rigor, and the wisdom of experience. With over three decades working internally and externally to facilitate complex organizational change, she specializes in helping to define transformational strategies, structures, and values that inspire innovative futures. Sabina has worked with executive teams in global enterprises, including 3M, British Airways, ExxonMobil, Nike, and Airbus, She holds a PhD in Global Leadership, and an MS in Organization Development. Her current research is on the impact of non-human intelligence on planetary leadership, exploring the challenges and opportunities arising from an expanded cosmic perspective.
